How it works

You place the order we then immediately send out the  impression kit to you, You need to take some impressions of your mouth then send them back to us, we then construct the prosthesis and send back to you, the usual working time to complete a order is up to  4 weeks taking into consideration time of year and postal services, and how busy we are. (Current Turn around time is up to 8 weeks)

We have a tracking system in place so you can check to see what stage your order is at, we of course work on each case in order of receipt however we do have a express service available if you require your teeth processed quickly.

Shipping is free within the UK, I’m currently reviewing the shipping over seas due to integrating our products with Google’s product listings, I will update shortly, the standard flat rate charge 20 pounds this includes both parcels i send the impression kit and then your veneer, if the postage costs turn out to be lower for your country ill refund the difference after p&p.
